Pc is wierd..

Right So i just formated my pc after i got a shit ton of viruses from being stupid and when i was formating it stopped at 99 Didnt do anything for hours so i Shut down my pc and started it up and it went fine When i came to my desktop I saw that on my C disk where all the viruses have been it only has 40GB Left of 289GB i started upp ccleaner and and did a clean on my pc and its finding very strange things and old Registry Do you Think i soude Format it agin Or just let it clean?..Thanks

If you were formatting the computer, there should be nothing on it when you rebooted. Exactly what were you doing to the system when you said you were "formatting" it? Even if you start a format and it does not finish, the system won't boot, unless you were not formatting the partition with Windows it.
