Is my Gaming PC good enough to run most new titles?

Hi
I'm planning on building my first gaming PC which I'll most likely use for Gaming, screen capture and regular tasks.
Here's what I came up with:
CPU: AMD FX 8300 or FX 6350 or FX-8320E(please recommend)
GPU: MSI R9 380 4GB DDR5
RAM:8 GB KINGSTON SAVAGE 1866 MHz
PSU:Corsair VS650W
HDD: WD CAVIAR BLUE 1TB
OPTICAL DRIVE: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Case:Xigmatek MACH II
My budget is 600$ to 650$
I will be OC'ing in the future when I need to and for now I'll most likely use the stock cooler. There is a chance I might add an SSD as a after some time.I need recommendations on the CPU since the FX 8300 and FX 6350 are both in my budget. As for the PSU,I've heard that the VS650 isn't the best PSU but get the job done and I chose a 650w one since I'll be OC'ing.I can also get a 500w CX 80+ bronze or an antec.I will play most games like GTA V,COD:AW,CS:GO and other similar ones.I also need this PC to be somewhat future proof and not need a CPU OR GPU upgrade atleast for 3 years. If I need to improve something, please do suggest.I'll be playing most titles at High-Ultra for now and need atleast 50+ FPS but for the later years I can deal with Medium settings but it should always be 40+ fps. It'll be hooked up to my 42' Sony HDTV.Thanks for your help :)

An FX 6300, a decent Tier 1 970 chipset mobo, a GPU within the range of GTX 960/R9 380, an ample 550/650W PSU, 8GB Ram kit, a 1TB HDD and an CM Hyper 212X for less than $650.
My previous 6300 setup costs about $550(RM 2200) with everything similar above, except for the GPU (R9 270X). You'll have a decent breathing room for the excess money.

If you can get the regular FX-8320 it is the best AMD bargain available.

R9-380 is a decent mid-range card. You can run every recent title, but you may need to tone down a few settings to get high frame rates.

I would not overclock the FX6300 (95W) or FX8320 (125W) with the stock cooler. FX-8320E (95W) is a little better, but it will come with the same cooler as the FX-6300 I think.

Spend a little on a cheap Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212:

The main options I have to compare are the FX 8320 with FX 8320E. The 8320E is a lot cheaper and I'm actually paying about 800$ for this build since I live in the UAE so ordering from Amazon would be a lot cheaper but it would be hard to RMA anything in case something goes wrong. I have to pay about$25-$50 more for each part here so yeah.

Another question I wanted to ask though.I will most likely get an FX 8320E unless the FX 8320 is a lot better.I will OC it but with another CPU cooler like a Hyper 212 EVO and that'll be after atleast the first 5-6 months I guess.I was thinking about an 8320E since it was released in 2014 compared to the standard 8320 which was released in 2012.I suppose that the FX 8320E is more up to date and will have more games optimized for it..Will I notice any drops in FPS due to playing on a bigger screen? Is anything bottle-necking here?
Thanks again.

FX-8320E is clocked lower then the FX-8320 at stock settings, basically it is a binned chip that uses less power. This could mean that it will overclock better (less voltage to reach a certain frequency), or conversely that it will overheat before reaching the higher speeds. There are many people running FX-8320 as fast as FX-8350 with little effort, and with extreme cooling getting very fast clock rates. I haven't heard a whole lot about the FX-8370, most people aren't building AMD systems right now.

To me, the FX 6300 OC'ed fares well against the FX 8xxx, and combined with a good mobo and cooler, and since game engines/applications mainly use 1,2 or 4 cores+ and DX 12 itself only optimizes usage of CPU loads up to 6 cores only, I think its a better bargain. pair that with cheaper variants of GTX 970 and voila.

I was running Cinebench, where my OC'ed 6300 came close to an i7-3770 only slower by somewhat 0.24-0.28X

I agree AM3+ is a dead socket, and the old tech is simply showing its age. But it fills the gap where you want decent mid-high end segment gaming than spending twice the money for Intel parts or simply didn't have the budget now but might be able to move to better builds later on, at least they have a rig running that they can enjoy while the meantime :)

*just my 2 cents.

On a tight budget I'm with mohd mamat above.

A 6300+ an evo 212 costs less than a 8320 alone

At 4.3ghz the 6300 will decimate a stock clocked 8320 at just about anything.

If you're building an fx rig then slways budget an aftermarket cooler in the build from the off.
