My friend said the cpu and gpu is no good together because the gpu can break the cpu and the cpu can bottle neck?

is also the watts good enough?

And will my parts fit to my case?

This is good. However, the 4GB version of the GTX 960 is pretty much the same as the 2GB one. You won't be using 4GB of VRAM at 1080p, so the 2GB will do just fine. The GPU will work fine with the i5 though. Don't believe your friend. Bottleneck only happens when you have a very, very good graphics card and a very weak processor. Bottleneck won't even break the CPU or GPU, it'll just be slower than what it's supposed to be.

If you'd like to overclock in the future, then get a Z97 board. If you don't then keep your H97 and downgrade to a i5 4690 (without the "K"). I believe it's somewhat cheaper.

Get a Caviar Blue instead of a Caviar Green.

You also need at least about 450W to run that build. Good brand of PSU, though.

In 1080p, probably Medium-high.

Yes, the parts will all fit in your case.
