Hi,
After last crash I've received a new HDD, bought new PSU and brought back to life my PC. At first I've installed Windows 7, it was working like a charm for 3 days. Then I've just got Irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD and computer turned off. When started again it has stucked on motherboard splash screen. I even couldn't reach BIOS settings.
However, I've managed to install Windows XP from an old CD in spite of "BIOS not ACPI compliant" errors. But now, when running Windows XP I'm receiving BSODs "Irql_not_less_or_equal" or "Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" very randomly - it happens 1 minute after boot up or even after hour as windows starts.

So HDD is clean because of fresh install. I've tried reseting CMOS. What more can I do? But maybe temperature is a problem, since 40 degrees celsius heat arrived to my region and there are 30 degrees in my room?

My PC:
ASRock N68C-GS FX
Athlon 64 X2 6000+
Single Samsung 2GB RAM DDR2 (When running Win7 there was additional 1GB but I took it out)
Radeon HD4850 1GB
WD Black WD5003AZEX
Corsair VS 450W
One extra PCI card and DVD drive inside

There are some dump files I've found:

I really apprieciate any help. Thanks!

Edit: I forgot about memtest, I'll run it tommorow and let you know.

Edit2: Memtest passed four times with no errors

NEW EDIT:
I know what might have happen. My computer is still "not ACPI compliant" in spite that motherboard BIOS is. That's propably the reason of all that mess. What can I do to bring BIOS to it previous state (it was working fine for a 4 years, untill now)? Updating is the way or there are something different I can do?

If someone is having the same problem. Fixmbr and fixboot from Recovery Console of instalation CD solved the problem. After doing that you just need install a new fresh copy of Windows again.
