I am planing to build gamimg computer who is also good for game development using 3ds max and udk or unity.
Thia is the PC I am planing to build and I want to know are the parts compatible with eachother and should I buy somerhing else instead.

Motherboard - asus z97a

Cpu - Intel Core i7-4790K Devil’s Canyon

Graphics card- evga geforce gtx 980

Ssd -SAMSUNG 850 EVO MZ-75E250B

Hdd - some 1 TB hdd

Ram -HyperX FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB)

And some 850w power supply or can it be less?

Solution
Yes they are compatible, and a 550w psu is enough for a single 980, but you'd need at least 750w if you will ever run 2 of them.

Anything by Seasonic, XFX, Antec, EVGA B2, GS, G2, or Rosewill Capstone is what I suggest.
