overclocking fx 6300 on 760G chipset

hi these are my specs and i just wanted to know if i could overclock my fx 6300 to 3.9ghz (fx 6350 specs) with a msi 760GMA-P34(FX) and stock cooler. if i cant get that high what is the safest ghz i could get to without damaging components. and will that inscrease my fps in some games that are bottle necking my gpu like gta v . i heard 760g chipset is the absulute worse for overclockign fx 6300 but some dude (with stock cooler !!!!) got his up to 4.0 ghz with 760g chipset and Asrock 980 DE3/U3S3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gez_hhlfiBY

You can get an insignificant overclock, but an insignificant overclock isn't going to do anything for you. And even then there's no guarantee it'll be stable, so there's no real point.
