Will I be able to play next generation games with these specs?

Hi. I'm just about to buy a laptop with these specs :

Intel core i5-4200h 2.8 GHz (turbo speed 3.4 GHz)

Nvidia Geforce 820m 2 GB

6gb ram

Screen resolution 1366 x 768

So now I was wondering, will I be able to play next generation games (like GTA V, battlefield 4, Watchdogs, Call of Duty Blackops, etc...) on like low/medium settings and get a decent fps???

Laptops simply cannot play games well. Especially not very low end laptops like the one you have. You may be able to play at low settings, and may enjoy playing like that. And if that is all you can afford, it probably will suffice as long as you understand the limitations the laptop has. Every game is different. The longer you wait to get a more powerful machine, the more limited your game choices will become.
