Planning on buying a new computer by the end of september and Im still in the planning stages. Looking for a prebuild and would like some options on which would be better bang for the buck. Please don't give me the stock answer of "just build your own" I'm well aware of this option but it's simply just out of the question at the moment for personal reasons.

The First contender is a Gorgeous Dell XPS I7. Contender one

Planning on swapping out the crappy graphics card for a gtx 970 which are going for about 350 bucks atm give or take.

This would put me at about 1100 bucks for the Dell.

The Second Contender is a gorgeous afterschool special discounted Cyberpower 11 which I plan on leaving as is. CyberPower Special

This Computer is about 1220 bucks. Is the Cyberpower a better deal then the dell xps? If you think both of these stink what other prebuilds should I be considering? From what I've been reading the gtx 970 will blow the Radeon r9 380 out of the water in terms of performance and would end up being cheaper overall then the cyperpower.

I know people hate dell but i've had good experiences with them in the past and I like the idea of having a warranty. PLEASE HELP! Would like to pull the trigger on something soonish

I trust Dell much more than Cyberpower... Cyberpower is not even cheap anymore

Every now and then Dell will have discount coupons for Dell outlet refurbished and scratch and dent too. I got a XPS 8700 i7-4790 with 16G ram and a decent but not great gtx 745 video card all for 590 bucks.

Neither. You can buy a way better system for that price if you build it yourself (and it's not that hard, trust me) :
