BIOS Splash Stays On During Windows Splash

A very odd problem to have, have never seen it happen before. Really not sure where it is coming from, but it is pretty annoying. Any suggestions?

Well yea, but I do like the logo. That is band-aid fix that just hides the underlying issue. I appreciate the suggestion, but I would rather figure out why it is doing it and fix it.

I understand, what I am saying is after the splash screen goes away, it comes back up when it says "Loading Windows" or whatever and they are just like... On top of each other. I don't think that is normal.
