How to determine what hard drive is compatible my motherboard

hello this is the specs of storage i cant determine whether it can support IDE HDD OR SATA HDD OR BOTH OF THEM.PLEASE help me also in determining the storage for new knowledge also

This means your PC supports up to four SATA devices (including HDDs and CD/DVD drives).

1 * Ultra DMA 133 / 100 / 66 IDE connector
This means your PC can support up to two IDE drives.

In general, you want SATA. No reason to go IDE; the drives are now more expensive and they're slower.

Make sure your power supply has enough connectors, and that you've got enough SATA/IDE cables.
