I originally built this computer two years ago and have done no large upgrades apart from the GPU. I use this computer primarily for gaming, and generally try to play on the highest graphical settings I can while keeping a high fps. In addition I also on occasion use this computer for video rendering. My current list of parts is:

GPU: Radeon HD 7850 2GB
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X 4GB (x4)
Power Supply: Rosewill Hive 750W 80plus Bronze
Case: Rosewill Challenger
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212+
CPU: AMD 8120 8-Core CPU
Hard Drives: 2x 1TB Internal, 1x 3TB Internal, 1x 2TB External

I am looking to upgrade my CPU, Motherboard and case. I have a budget of around $500 at the moment - although the less I spend on this the better. I have a fan (Noctua NH-U14S) on the side which did not quite fit in my current case which I would like to be able to install when I upgrade.

I have not kept up to date on computer hardware in quite some time however I did find some parts which might work - although am open to other parts. For CPU I was interested in either the AMD FX-8350 8-core or the AMD FX-9590 8-core. As for case, I was interested in the Antec 900 Black Steel and the CoolerMaster HAF 912. I have not had a chance to really look into motherboards. Once again, these are just ideas I have found and I am open to other parts.

If more information is needed I will attempt to reply quickly.

Thank you in advance for your time.
