Oc Mobo on budget & GPU 960 vs 970

Hello,

I have 2 main questions. About a motherboard and GPU

I have a i7 4970k wich I really wanna overclock (i have an all-in-one liqued cooler) to around @4,7 or so. So I was wondering what motherboard would be good to buy. My budget for it is €120 and I maybe wanna put SLI x2 on the board.

For GPU i'm not to sure if I should get a GTX960 or GTX970. I know the GTX 970 is better, but does the 960 in SLI x2 beat the 970?

2X gtx960 is much better than single gtx970, and I will recommend to use the single GPU, and you should buy the best GPU you can afford. In other hand two GPUs sli is the better way to upgrade your PC, just like other people they like to use two GPU sli or cf.
