Helping a friend build a computer and this is the combination that was purchased. At the time i didn't know there was a potential bios update issue, and the newegg add lists it as supporting the haswell refresh chips in the item description.
Is there any chance the board ships with a bios version new enough for the 4460? Still waiting on the some parts to arrive in the mail and im wondering if theres any point in waiting to return the mobo.
We dont have an original haswell chip at the moment to put in for a bios update.
