So I have a descent PC right now which can run GTA 5 alright on low settings, BF4 on medium and other games on medium or low. The problem is that I can't play a game on 1080p, high settings, or get normal fps.
I put together these parts ( I actually just copied them from a website, but it's a different language so I won't give a link):

CPU- Intel® Core™ i5-4460 Processor (6 MB Cache, 3.2 GHz)
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
RAM- 8GB, max 32GB, DDR3 - 1600 MHz
Graphics Card- GeForce GTX750, 2 GB GDDR5
PSU- Corsair Builder CX430 ATX2.3 80+
Cooler Master HYPER TX3 EVO UNIVERSAL

I need to hear your thoughts about this PC, is it worth buying?

You'd get roughly the same results with that PC as you are getting now, as you describe it. It's mostly the GTX 750 that would hold you back. The PSU is also not that great. The CPU and other components are fine, though.

If you want 1080p, high settings, >40fps in modern games, you would need a GTX 960 or better for the GPU.
