I've been using my computer for a year now and today every time i try turning it on it goes straight to the bios on its own. It's not booting the SSD and not even booting off of a usb i tried. They show in the boot priority section, however when i save and restart it goes to the bios again. What should i do?

You say you've been using the computer for a year. Did you get it new? It's possible that it's the CMOS battery. If the battery is weak then BIOS will not be able to hold the settings.

Also, check that you have a good connection with the PSU. Power cord securely attached to PSU? If using a keyboard, unplug it from the computer and try booting. Any hardware or software changes since the last time you were able to successfully boot?

Sorry. Didn't mean to pick it as best solution. Yes i built my own computer myself less than a year ago:

I tried removing the CMOS battery but when i boot up the computer doesnt give me an option other than pressing F1 to restore BIOS settings, and thus my issue persists. I tried unplugging my keyboard and im certain that the PSU wires are connected as best as they can. Last time i used my computer was last night, and not a single hardware or software change was done

Because nothing changed and even though the rig is nearly new, the mobo, sdd/hdd or ram could have failed. Starting with the easiest to check, if you have another stick of RAM sitting around, swap it out and restart (as long as the DDR is supported by the board). Or if you have 2x2, 2x4, etc and they're supported by the board................
