Can I run Arma 3, high / ultra settings 40 - 60 fps 1080p ? Help?

GPU: gtx 960 4gb
Moniter: benQ rl2455 24 inch, 1ms full HD 60 hz
Ram: 8 gigs
Motherboard: msi Z97 gaming 3
(This is my first build is this any good?) any answers are appreciated

You should be able to get around that framerate consistently with a mixture of high and ultra settings (assuming you play offline or on a good server), just play about with the visibility settings.

I don't unfortunately, I haven't played ARMA 3 in a while now and when I did, I used to play on crappy Altis Life servers lol.
