Please I need your help, my hp laptop windows 8, gets connected to any wifi connection (connected, internet access), but the problem is that that connection can not do anything, it cannot even update windows updates or whatever, and none of the browser can be opened. plz help

I found that a July '2015 Microsoft update caused a very slow WiFi re-connection process. I thought that it was not working but it takes several minutes to complete the connection. Checked the status of my usual wifi network connection and it says "no internet connection" and it shows no IP 4 address from DNCP either. Eventually my HP gets an IP and then it connects to the Internet. This happens every time the machine starts up (from sleep, hibernate, etc.) It happens at work and at home. I hope Microsoft is working on this.
