Amd athlon x2 64 4000+ gtx 750 will i get bottleneck??

i want to buy new gpu 'cuz my currently gpu is useless 7950GX2 when i play Insurgency and CS GO i got bluescreen and i always have 120C when play any game, with that gpu i in insurgency have 20 AVG fps i want 40-45 that why i buying new gpu, but for 1 year i will buy new pc and that gpu will be in that pc :) i have GA-MA-790X-DS4 mbo and 4g ram 800mhz...

Your motherboard can support a Phenom II X4 and any of those would be vastly better than what you currently have. If you have access to eBay where you live people are always selling them cheap. Drop something like a Phenom II X4 965 in there plus a GTX 750 and you will really improve your gaming (compared to an old Athlon X2)
