What is better: Intel Core2 Quad Q6700 vs Q6600

I want to buy new CPU but I struggle what to choose. They are almost the same but Q6700 has 1 clock multiplier more than Q6600 does and Q6700 has more clock speed (2.66 GHz). Do I need to overpay for that or Q66 is fine?

well, you will find much more overclocking guides for the q6600. I would get the Q6600. If you won´t overclock, get the Q6700

it does support overclocking, but not really good. 3GHz should work, but the motherboard has very view settings to work with.
