I dont know if the MSI N750TI-2GD5/OC G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card will work in a gateway sx2110g-uw23 or not, and i also need to know what kind of wattage i need for it
So your saying, that it wont work on my pc and that i wont be able to upgrade my wattage, if i have to
That's right. If the above PC I linked you to was like yours, and this is the card you were asking about: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127784
...it will not work in your PC. And I know of no upgrade PSU to fit the proprietary design of the one Gateway uses.
But you also have another problem with that case and board design. The PCIe x16 slot places the gfx card right next to the side of the case. The card would have to be a true single slot design. And air flow would suffer.
Here are some cards that MAY work, but they are all less powerful than the GTX 750 Ti...

...it is a slim line PC and only accepts low profile gfx cards. It also probably only has the stock 220W PSU. If so, it won't handle the GTX 750 TI... at least not for very long. And that slim line PC uses a weird SFF PSU that will be very hard to upgrade to a larger wattage.
