Hi,
I have a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 and I have Crucial Ballistix Tactical 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3 1600, PC3-12800 installed.
However, the mobo specs state it supports Dual Channel DDR3 2000+/1866/1333/1066 MHz.
When I look in the Bios the memory clock is set at 1333, not 1600. So is this memory not the best fit for this mobo? It works fine, but it's not taking advantage of the 1600. Thanks!!
