Okay, so I just bought MOHA today, and I'm running a nice pc with no bottle necking because this is the first game to stutter, and I've played games from 2000-15 so far. I turned off vsync to no avail and tried lowering post processing, the funny thing is, the training mission was some what smooth with frame drops but as soon as I got into the main game it started stuttering like crazy. Any help please?

I have had issues before with MOH:A from running newer PhysX drivers. What solved it, back when i was playing the game, was removing the current version and grabbing a copy from its period (really old these days). Once the old drivers are installed, you should be able to update over top without doing a clean install and have no issues. at least that's how it worked when i was running a GTX 470 in 2011.

Mind posting system information? Mostly wondering the CPU and GPU.

That's pretty much verbatim what the fix I linked to mentions. Uninstalling the AGEIA PhysX the game installs, then installing the older PhysX Legacy System Software.
