Pc shows Internet connection but won't connect at all. Other devices can connect just fine.

I just updated to windows 10 and was working up till today. My pc shows that's is connected to the internet but it won't open anything. I'm sure it can't be browser isolated since my bit defender Internet antivirus can't connect either. My other pc and devices can connect with no problem.

This would be easier if you indicated how you were trying to connect to the internet.

You may have lost a driver in the Win 10 upgrade.

If you are trying to connect over WiFi, reinstall your wireless driver. If you were connecting over Ethernet, reinstall the driver for your network card.

I am having the same problem. I'm very much a novice. How do you update/install a driver without internet, and how do you know where to find the right one to install?
