recently my brother and my friend cleaned dust out of the whole computer and put in new thermal paste , ever since then there is a noise coming from the power supply which sounds like a little buzzing electric noise , then it gets even worse when i play gta 5 and fifa it because like a screeching noise and my graphics card gets really hot like up to 74 degrees , id say it would get hotter but i turn the games off just in case , the power pack had warranty on it so we took it back and got a new one but the new power pack does the exact same thing , the power pack is a corsair cx 750m , and i have a gtx 760 2gb graphics card and 8gb ram , i should have any trouble running them games , i had no problems before they cleaned it out , any ideas ? thanks .

Ah ok, Well coil wine could mean a few things, typically they mean no harm, but if you hear it all the time then It could be a problem.

1. The sound could indicate the PSU is on its way out
2. The PSU is cheap and not up to the task

Sorry I didn't see the make and model, I was kinda tired. But it seems to be a common issue with the CX 750 PSU's, well at least what it seems on this thread...
What make and model is the PSU and the video card.

Some GTX 760's will coil wine under cretin loads, same with the PSU.

Coil wine isn't a bad thing, but if it never made the sound before when you played them games, then there could be an issue else where, I'd check the fans at that point.

What you can do to to check the fans is start up the game the makes the card or PSU screech, and slow the fan down with your finger, don't touch the blades as that can hurt or damage the blades and do not stop the fans all the way, touch the fan in the center just enough to slow it down some for a few sec and see if the sound goes away, If not then it isn't a fan.

My suggestion is to RMA it and see if the replacement is any better, There really is no way to fix Coil wine.
