I'm trying to get into overclocking my Evga GTX 960 SSC 4gb. I've followed some other posts and tried increasing the core voltage, memory and core memory in small increments to avoid artifacts or crashes. I've tested the card with The Witcher 3 and the Heaven Benchmark, but neither had any noticeable performance increase. Does anyone know of a good and stable overclock set up for this card? Thanks

Solution
Try using EVGA Precision.

I use the following settings on a MSI GTX960 Gaming 4G...

GPU CLOCK OFFSET: +170 MHZ
MEMORY CLOCK OFFSET: +450 MHZ
VOLTAGE: +62 MV
KBOOST: ON

With this OC i found a 10-20 fps increase on the witcher3 wild hunt game.
