6300 is the better chip it may have a lower base clock but it turbos to a higher speed. And it has twice as much l3 cache and more l2 cache. I'd go 6300.

Those exact games mentioned I doubt there would be much difference, but considering the price it would be plain silly to go with the 4300.

Also the 6300 has 6 cores the other vishera has 2. Better for multitasking video rendering. The gaming performance would be the same though. As they both run pile driver archtecture

From personal experience (as a medium-end user), I just can't suggest the FX-4300 over the FX-6300 at all. Go for the FX-6300 since it is only slightly more expensive and much more better, it is worth every dollar more than the FX-4300 since it is a slow processor. But if you are upgrading from a FX-4300 to a FX-6300, I would suggest switching to Intel or getting a FX-8350.
