Maybe reset the CMOS with the jumper and see if it will come up with the DEL after that. The manual which can be found online also shows where the jumper is if you are not familiar with it.

msi and other vendors also wrote for windows a boot to bios script that will work. with bios booting if you have a wireless keyboard it may be turning on after the bios screen goes buys. also check that the bios key hit is showing on your main screen. some mb with onboard gpu if the onboard gpu is the main output you wont see the bios message.
