what drivers i really need?

i know vga,rapid start, smart connect and app charger are useless but what about others.
 


The list offered is a good idea, but I'll make it even simpler for you:
Download your LAN/Network driver. Install it.

Then go into Device Manager, and right click through the unknowns to "Update drivers..." search online. Windows will automatically find 99% of them. Saves some trouble I've found.

MS updates shows general drivers, but using dedicated drivers is far superior than using MS one.
Just simple example with Win 10 and audio drivers for my oldie Audigy2, sound was laggy and choppy, Mic didn't work, no EQ and dedicated software like Creative Console... maybe its easy but for power user like myself its simply not enough.

 


I guess. I literally never noticed the difference. Realtek's dedicated don't add anything except stereo mix, and otherwise it's all basically generic drivers anyway.
