Screen blacking after installing a new graphics card

I have installed a new graphics card on - EVGA GEForce 750 Ti Superclocked 2 Gb PCI-E and every time I play a game the screen goes black and the computer re-starts. I am concerned I don't have enough voltage but can't find a clear answer as to whether my PSU is good enough - the card requires 300 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 20 amps on the + 12 volt rail. The PSU stats 450 Watts but I am not clear whether you add both 12+V together? The sticker on the PSU shows - +12V1 under that 10A and +12V2 under that 13A. Does that mean I have a total of 23A? and in which case does this mean this is not the issue or maybe the computer is overloaded trying to run other tasks? The memory is very full - would this effect it? The Task Manger is running numerous things at any one time - would this effect it? Can the task manager be reduced without changing the functionality of the computer?
All help would be really appreciated!

you need to look at the sticker, it should say max wattage right under the 12v rails:

see this sticker, this particular power supply has 4 rails 20a each, max wattage 760w

you take the max wattage and then do this, 760 (max watts) / 12 = max amps which is 63 amps.

So you take max watts then divide by 12 = max amps. (IF they are not lying, which most cheap power supplies DO LIE)
