So I've been having constant BSODs for about 4 months and it seems like i've tried everything. Most often it seems to happen when Gaming, CS:GO in particular but sometime I can play without problem.

AMD HD 7970
AMD FX8350 Eight-core processor
Currently running windows 10 64-bit (but had the problem before on 8.1)

I have run Resource and Performance Monitor and found everything passed and no anomolies and also ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it found no errors. I have tried disconnecting different external devices and to no avail.

Checked Driver Verifier found these
hwpolicy.sys never loaded
dam.sys unloaded
wdboot.sys unloaded
amdkmafd.sys unloaded

The BSOD error messages are usually different every time with most common being:
kmode_exception_not_handled
irql_not_less_or_equal
driver_corrupted_expool (most recent after uninstalling my graphics driver and re-installing)

All the errors in event manager show kernal 41(63)

I am completely stumped as most of my pc knowledge comes from googling. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also not sure if this is where I should post, so let me know.

Hey man, I made an account just to tell you - I'm having the exact same issue with a new laptop I just got (IRQL BSOD), those exact drivers unloaded, only happens while gaming, etc. Planning to have this returned and get a new one tomorrow. Anyway thanks for dealing with this 2 years ago.
