I want to portforward the port 16000. I have a TL-WR740N router. I've done this:

But it says this:

Please help me. I don't know what to do.

You set wrong ip address in Virtual Servers. It should be 192.168.0.100 instead of 192.168.0.1 (assuming you want to port forward to computer where you made the screenshot).
Also if you have more devices using your router, you may want to set static ip on your pc to avoid editing router config every time you get different ip.

I don't understand. I wanted to play AOE 2 on Voobly and it said that it uses UDP 16000. So I had to portforward it. I run the network diagnostics and it says not forwarded. I am getting fast proxy and not able to join games because of this.

Also the portforwarding website recommends that I set my IP address as my default gateway. I've tried both IP address and default gateway. Still no solution.

Unless the software that is listening on the forwarded port is actually running you will get the results you see. I'm not sure what you need to do with your game for this to be the case (just run the game or a game server?), but take the simple example of a web server. You forward port 80 to a destination computer and then test it; it will show the port as not accepting connections. You then start IIS on the computer; now the test will show that port 80 is accepting connections.

But, canyouseeme.org IS listening to my external IP through port 16000 and it says that the connection was refused. Is it an ISP thing? :(

You still don't say whether a server is running on the computer you have forwarded the port to, listening on that port. That is an essential part of the process when testing if the port is open on your IP address.

canyouseeme.org isn't listening on that port; it's testing whether your computer is.

Let's make an analogy. You forward telephone calls from one number to another. So when someone rings (let's call it 12345) that call is forwarded to 67890. Now you ask someone to test that by ringing 12345. The call is forwarded to 67890; but unless someone is listening to that phone, and answers the call, the tester will report that there is no answer. So you need the forwarding and the listening to the address forwarded to for the test to give the right result.

similar issue for me as well. but I am trying to forward my port for Counter strike 1.6.

thompson TWG870 (ISP is UPC Austria)router forwarded the port from 2700-27015 UDP, 1200 UDP, 27030-27039 TCP (for my local IP and my current External IP)
my CS server is showing that is up and running on 192.168.0.16:27015 on my PC (192.168.0.16 is my local IP)
choosed dynamic IP under network settings ,ethernet connections

But still i couldn't add my server IP port to game tracker . and canyouseme.com is also falling to see my open port

If I have to choose static Ip under network settings what preferred and alternate DNS server should i enter. My touter dosen't have a straight forward setting for reserving my mac ID to a static local IP as well
