Not a bad build at all, but a couple of thoughts and issues...

* The graphics card is a slightly weak link in a potentially powerful system. If you can stretch to it, consider a GTX 970 instead?

* The PSU could be better rated - it's not a good one at all... check this list for a good set of examples - aim for Tier 1 or 2 if you can... http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

You could probably get a much cheaper keyboard that would still do the job and allow you to buy more powerful internal components.

Also, I don't see a case in this build? Do you have one already?

I for the most part agree with finius, but I don't think the 960 is a bad card. It's actually a fantastic one. Idk if you just have one laying around in another hard drive but you'll need a copy of windows which costs near $90. My updated version of your build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2CFR3C
I chose windows 8.1 OS cuz it was first on the list get whatever you want for that or use one on an old HDD if you have it. The SSD is optional but don't get it at all if you're getting windows from a spare hard drive. The newer motherboard will improve temps when the CPU is under load and/or overclocked. The cooler is a little pricey so if you were gonna downgrade the only other option would really be the Hyper 212 Evo air cooler. Keyboard get whatever u want but I don't recommend the black widow and for the PSU if you wanted to change it for whatever reason just get something 550W or more and gold efficiency or better.

There's a new company that started in Canada after the close of Futureshop and they are doing a no-tax sale right now so they might be able to beat all other Canadian vendors. They're called G3, they dont have a large selection displayed on the site since they are new, however, if you msg them they can get you almost everything that's available on the market.
