cooler master cm 350 plus 350w smps enough for nvidia gtx 750 ti oc edition

Hi..I've following specs of my pc:
i7 4770 processor
AsRock H97M Pro4 motherboard
8GB DDR3 AData RAM
500GB Toshiba hdd
Dell 18.5" monitor
No DVD Drive

I'm planning to buy asus Nvidia geforce gtx 750ti oc edition.

Will cooler master cm350 plus 350w psu enough for my system with geforce gtx 750ti oc?

Any other suggestions are also welcome.

According to the TDP mentioned on the GeForce site (http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-750-ti/specifications) the minimum required PSU wattage is 300. So i suppose 350 should do fine. However if you're planning on overclocking you might need more power. I'd suggest : Corsair Builder Series CX430 V2 430W Power Supply (CMPSU-430CXV2)

New to this :)
The CX series i agree, recommended it looking at the economic angle :(
And also under the assumption that he's also from the same corner of the world as me (India)
