Ok so this is my build so far.
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/fNMmcf
i have 3 questions.
1. What motherboard should i go with?I don't understand how amd motherboards work so which are good and which aren't. I am looking for a budget motherboard but can overclock well keeping a budget around £470. It being crossfire would help but it is not needed.
2.Can i run my graphics card? it said something about it needing 190W headroom on power supply. 2 x 6-pin PCIe connectors.
3.I would go with this graphics card
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-axr9280x3gbd5t2dheoc
but the psu it requires is 750w which i think is ridiculous. Is this true? i mean if i can run it. I would buy it.

Btw yes i am going to overclock my cpu
i am going to get a cooler soon

Solution
both motherboards will run both of those graphics cards. as for OC, the Asus one seems better. the asus board I recommend is at the top of that screen shot, there are better boards, but for the price that one seems very good. the best asus board will be the Crosshair, but that board is well over $250. The asus saber tooth which I also recommend is only worth it if you plan to be doing serious overclocking.

Out of the
MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition AM3+ AMD 970 & SB950 6 x SATA 6Gb/s 2 x USB 3.1 ATX AMD Motherboard
and the
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 6 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Which is better? Just for overclocking in general.
Also the graphics card i have now can i run it or no?I was also thinking if i should go with a gtx 960 ftw or ssc edition?
