Hi,
I have been using asrock z77 ex 4 for 2 years(bought it on 8th of June,2013).I was told and given 3 years of warranty and I still have the warranty left like almost a year. But few weeks ago,I faced a voltage issue.I use corsair RM 750w and suddenly my whole rig started to show BSOD because of lower voltage.I use 7970 vapor x,vengeance 8x2=16gb,i7 3770k and I think RM 750w is more than enough for this rig.Later I took my psu to the nearest Gaming gear shop (also tested it to other shops) and they said that the psu is completely ok.When they checked the mobo with cm v750 it showed the same voltage issue.Ram slots works, sometimes won't.I had to re-plug my gpu every time after starting my pc to get it read by the mobo for the last 15-16 days.

Now the thing is,I took my mobo to the legal dealer (Computer city,FB link : https://www.facebook.com/comcity.bd , Bangladesh) and for some reason they said one LGA pin is crooked. They showed me the crooked pin and believe me or not, there was nothing major defect present. One of the pin was a bit down like .00001% down than its normal position but hey,i was using that mobo for 2 years;didn't store it in my showcase.

So they said it's a major physical damage and cannot be replaced. They also said if they take it,it will take 3-4 months, still they won't assure me whether it will be replaced or not.But i never had any cpu load issue so far.

My product number is : 15G001343800AK
Now my question is;Am I being tricked by them?If needed i can post a picture of my socket,I need serious help.
Sorry for the long post :'(

What if it gets out of its socket? I am capable of taking all the risks but this mobo pin issue makes me scared like a little kid every time.I don't even know whether these pins are weak or strong.
