PC Build for WoD and Beyond Help!?

Hello,

This will be a first ever build for me. So you'll see that I added "anti-static band" and "thermal paste". Is this build suitable to play World Of Warcraft: WoD at Ultra with 60fps? I'd like to be able to run Ultra setting while questing, and Good setting while raiding; while maintaining the highest FPS possible. Would build below be able to accomplish this? Is there any items that are more budget friendly that I can substitute and still achieve what i want out of the pc?

Notes- PC will be used only for WoW and Netflix. Screen Resolution of 1920x1080pi. 1000 budget.
