SLI or xFire: I would not recommend unless you are going to be doing a lot of video editing but I see that is quite low on your priorities.

GASP at the price right now but it three months, most if not all of this stuff will be cheaper. If not, other comparable stuff will be.

Either way, that is a pretty bad ass rig. The Define R5 is the epitome of what you are seeking and you can through in a a water cooler later or add some extra (silent) fans for additional cooling should you OC.

Thanks. What would I use the SSD for vs the 7200RPM HDD?
Also, you mention comparable stuff. What would these be?
