Will this GPU fit into my case ?

My specs :

PSU - Seasonic M12II 620W 80+
CPU - Intel Q8400
Motherboard - ASUS P5G41T MLX
RAM - 4+4 = 8GB Corsair 1333 (downclocked from 1600)
Case - Corsair Spec - 02

please help me and tell me if there will be any issues with the fitting :)

Yes. That's the space where a (single) graphic card goes. That's why Corsair left that section of drive cage out. You won't disassemble anything.

well i've already checked that out, but problem is, the 420mm is only available in the space between the optical driver cage and hdd cage, will the card fit within there ? or will i need to disassemble the hdd cage ?
