Asked this on the Windows 10 forums but never got any replies. Wanted to see if anyone else ran into this issue. I have 2 XFX R9 280's in crossfire, mildly overclocked. Just updated to the new catalyst BTW (no change). Tried wiping the drivers (and doing a driver cleanup) and reloading that got it up to 9187. Previously in Win 7 Pro I was able to get a score of 9522 - 9646 in Firestrike (at 1080p) with the system in my sig. Since the Win 10 update I am stuck between 8890 - 9187. No hardware change, no settings changes, nothing at all, tried with vsync on and off as well (in catalyst).
What I did notice is my graphics score dropped from about 15k to about 13k while my Physics score shot up from about 6k to about 7k.
Examples: 8932 (8/6 on Win 10)

9646 (7/30 on Win 7)

Now what I will say is that higher physics score is noticeable, while the result is lower it "feels" smoother and in the physics test its a huge difference. So I'm not really complaining, however I feel like with such a drop in graphics if Physics could remain what it is now, and Graphics would go back where it was, I would be around 10,000 or more.
