I am working on a new system and I'm planning on using 4 Titan X graphics cards and an Intel i7-5960x. I was wondering what cooler would be best for it. I am looking to do heavy gaming and 3D modeling. I have a 15k budget, so price is not an issue. I am looking for the top end as far as performance. I have been told that water cooling would be an excellent option for the CPU as well as the graphics cards, but I am not very familiar with water cooled systems, having only built air cooled systems in the past. I am planning on going with a Cooler Master Cosmos II case, but I am open to suggestions.
Here is the current build with an air cooler.

If I go with a water cooled system, I will be changing the graphics cards to a slightly more powerful version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there are any potential issues in my build, please let me know, as I would rather not miss anything.

for the case and water cooling go to the this site and asked them to b uild you a custom case with a 2 loop water cooling.
beware watercooler for gpu must be spcific for your model of card, as the shape of the pcb can change from a manufacturer to the next.
