I was thinking of buying two ssd. one for os and then one just for games.
but i do have a cheapest motherboard, Will i be able to take advantage of these two ssd's on my current system?

My current PC-
-------------------
WIN10 pro 64
MSI 970A-G43
FX-8320E
MSI GTX 960 2GB
Gskill RipjawsX 16GB Dual DDR3 1866
Aerocool Strike-X 600w
WD Purple 3TB
-------------------

here are the hdd's choices i have:

Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB SSD
Samsung 850 Evo 120GB
SanDisk Plus 120GB (SDSSDA-120G-G25)
SanDisk Ultra II 120GB (SDSSDHII-120G-G25) SSD
ADATA SP900 Series 128GB
Intel Series 530 120GB SSD
SEAGATE 1TB SATA 7200RPM SOLID STATE HYBRID DRIVE (SSHD) ST1000DX001

Solution
Don't buy the "SSDNow V300 "

An SSD will not help with FPS, but load times for maps and levels will benefit. And getting into a particular map faster is never a bad thing.

I run all my games on a SSD just because I can and know their loading as fast as they can.
For the operating system get the Samsung, for games if your like me you will need more than 120GB some of the newer games are in the 20/30GB area. For a SSD I would not ever go over the 80% mark on the capacity it needs room just like a regular hard drive, the SSHD is not something to even consider or the V300

I'd like to add, look into the games you play to see if there is an advantage to loading in quicker. Games like Titan Fall which have delayed launches wouldn't really help.
