Samsung 500gb F3 Spinpoint randomly clicking can i RMA it?

hi guys i have a samsung 500gb f3 spinpoint HDD that is randomly clicking and every time it clicks my game freezes momentarily and resumes after the clicking stops and repeats the same thing every time it clicks.i use this as my storage drive. i run seagate tools and run long generic test but no errors found. my question is can i RMA it? i lost the receipt of the item and the store warranty lapse but when i check my warranty status in the seagate/samsung site it still have a warranty until april 2016 with an option that i can return it directly to seagate. can any one help me with my problem?

Yea you can get a hold of them. Contact your tech support and tell them what is up because normally when you do a RMA you have to have an error code made by seatools. So get a hold of them. Also you may have to do an advanced RMA to get the drive first, then clone your drive to the new one (Well it won't be new but a refurb) and then send back the other drive.
