monitor is not responding

I did some arrangement in BIOS settings after after saving BIOS settings my monitor is not providing anything. how can I make my computer to work properly because my computer is not completely closed only CPU alone is working

Go back into the BIOS and set it to defaults see if the helps. If this happened right after you changed something in the BIOS, I'd guess undoing what you did should fix it. If you don't get a display after rebooting even, you can reset the BIOS using a jumper on the motherboard.
