I started streaming, but my stream was coming out fuzzy, and I was getting pretty bad framerate problems. My friend has the same processor, less RAM, and a GTX 660, but is still able to stream fine. I even tried downgrading to windows 8.1, which is the same OS he has, but it didn't do me any good. What could be causing this problem? Even at a higher bitrate like 3200, I still get fuzzy results. Is there a spec on my computer which is causing this, like maybe my motherboard?
