Dumb question, which way should my fan be blowing?

Alright so last week, I had a gaming PC built, with parts from my old PC with new ram, video card, etc.

I still have a fan from my old PC, which I'm trying to install, the machine doesn't get hot or anything, I can play GTA V on high land the machine gets *somewhat* warm. However this fan is just sitting in the closet so I figured what the hell.

PROBLEM IS: I don't really know if this fan should be blowing air in or out? I kinda know? But I don't trust myself :/

This is the machine without the fan I want to add, there is currently a fan (label side inwards, sucking air in)at the top left, which is actually the front of the machine.

This is where I want to add the fan, close to the bottom right of the picture, which is the rear of the machine.

I assume the fan I'm installing is going to be label side out? Since its in a higher position on the other side of the machine with the fan label side in, and hot air rises so it should be sucking air out?

I have fans in other places too, however I'm not sure what they do or if they are movable, one is in a black box, two are in the video card, and one is in the front of the PC, so I'm scared to do anything without double checking because I don't wanna set my village on fire :(
