Solution
TO FIX THE WINDOWS LOADING PROBLEM.

Go into your bios of the laptop and look at what mode is set or listed for the Sata drive.
If it is set to Sata you want to change it to Ahci mode or if that does not exist IDE mode.
In the boot order of the bios set your CD/DVD drive to no 1
And the hard disk to No 2.
Save the settings before exiting the bios.
Exit the bios.

Now place your windows install DvD in the disc drive.
And when you get to where do you want to install windows.
Look at the tab that says advanced drive options.
Use the format option to format the HD using Ntfs as the formatting system.
Then go back and select the drive in the main box/ window on what HD you wish to install windows to.
Hi light it with a left click, and then...

After set up has completed. windows should load fine to the desktop.
The likely cause as to why it halts at the windows logo will have to do with the mode set up in the bios not being set to Ahci mode or IDE mode. if Sata is set or selected it`s why windows halts at the loading logo, because it does not have the sata driver.
And why you select Ahci or Ide mode in the bios because windows has support built in for those two modes and the drivers by default.

On first run of windows after it`s install it takes a bit of time before it gets to the windows desktop depending on how fast the Cpu you have in the laptop. so be patient , it can sometimes take some laptops a good few minuets to get to windows desktop.
Because it does a hardware system test and rating system plus final set up of desktop settings.
