First time here, I hope I am doing this right.
The problem is it's not working, I checked I am running the latest version of Norton 360; I have a win7, 64 bit, 8gb, 1tb hd, pc, laptop, memory is not a problem. My computer is running slowly. My Norton 360 icon is not on my tool bar when I boot up, it was before. Now I have to activate it every time I log on to my computer. When I go into notifications all the other Norton icons show they are working ok, except ccSvHst.exe , it has a red circle with a white x. I also have it set to show icons and notifications; it did not show after restart. I un then re installed Norton 360 still have the same problem. I hope you can help. Thank you.
