In that case, if you actually go for the r9 290, i would suggest minimum a 600W quality psu since amd systems are power hungry, trust me i have one ;) .
The one i am going to suggest you is the Seasonic M12ii evo 620w bronze, here is a link to it http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095&cm_re=seasonic_m12ii-_-17-151-095-_-Product . Keep in mind that seasonic makes the best psu's on the market. I don't know if you have access to this particular model for a good price in india but try to find it. If it is above your budget try to find any tier 2 psu that is within your budget. Here is the list of psu's , just scroll down and find Tier 2 : http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
You...

What will you be using that pc for? That motherboard is pretty good, maybe a bit too good for an fx 6300. Do you plan on overclocking that cpu? As for the gpu you can look at these : r9 380 , r9 280x and r9 290. I don't know the prices where you live, but go for the one within your budget. The psu will depend of the gpu you buy but its safe to say that a 650w quality psu will more than enough for you. I generally recommend Seasonic psu's since they are the best quality psu's you can find.

I know that processor is not that good, but the one I use right now is Intel i5 2310 but it isn't gonna solve my requirement of OC, that's the reason I am changing my CPU too. I live in India, and have browsed many GPUs, I liked R9 270x, but got confused which version/build to buy as most of the R9 270x fits my budget.
I really appreciate your answer that to such quickly, Thanks.

That fx 6300 can be overclocked very well provided you have a good cpu cooler. If not you might wanna invest in a fx 8350 and a cheaper motherboard. Are you sure there is no r9 380 or r9 280/285/280x in that price range in India? In my country an r9 380 can be found for almost the same price as an r9 270x. Check again and decide what gpu fits you most. Even if you don't find a cheap r9 380, a r9 270x is not far behind it in terms of performance. After you have decided the gpu and or cpu/mobo then we can look for a good psu for you.

Okay the GPUs I am looking at right now are
SAPPHIRE ATI AMD Radeon VAPOR-X R9 280X 3GB / VAPOR-X R9 290 4GB/Dual-X R9 270X 4GB and related but I would buy the GPU later after like 2-3 months, and rest all of the components I would buy them first(now).
So Please Give me a Final suggestion for Best RAM and a PSU that would support most of the GPUs of that range.

You didn't specify a budget for the ram nor did you specify how much you would like: 4gb,8gb,16gb or even 32gb.
