Is this psu gonna be enough?

My specs are:
Intel i7 4790k
Gtx 980ti gigabyte g1 gaming
H97m g43 msi guard pro
Kingston fury x 8gb (2x4gb kit)

Is this psu (Thermaltake Paris 650w 80+ gold certified) gonna be enough to power them and a 24" Samsung monitor in case I change mobo and decide to oc?I can't find out for the hell of it if this psu gas the 2x8 pins it's needed to power the gpu.Can someone have a look see pls?

It will be sufficient for your build. It has - PCI-E 6+2pin X 4 .

However, i would buy more reliable PSU for that build, such as SeaSonic / XFX / EVGA GS, G2, B2 / Antec HCG .

I just think you can get better / more reliable unit for the same money. SeaSonic / SuperFlower are best OEMs.
It will do the job, just won't be the best value.

I'm gonna spend 1370€ for 3 parts.In not gonna stuck there.Ive grown to become indifferent.

This I an irrelevant question but since you're especially helpful and I thank you deeply for that, I would like you to tell me if you know that a gtx 980ti gigabyte g1 gaming can fit in in a midi tower?Would I need a bigger case?I believe its length is around 303mm or something.Way more than a regular card.

What brand and model?
GPUs Length = 309mm .

It's a mediocre case its called Cerberus vii midi tower case,nothing important.Its length is around 500mm maybe some mm more

I do believe that it will fit just exactly.Disk drivers at the front are not that space eaters nor their cage.Its either that or I'm gonna have to buy a new case as well lel.Thx for all the help mate.Have a nice day.Much appreciatiation!
