Hello.

Few months ago my pc suddenly switched off while playing a game. Turned out that the Asrock p67 Extreme 6 stopped working. The condition was :

Nothing happened when pressing power button.
No fans was spinning.
Dr Debug was dead too.

Since the warranty was expired I bought another motherboard.

Today, In my leisure time, I thought to inspect the broken mobo if I can repair it. I've found that when I connect the 24 pin psu connector to the mobo and plugged the psu to the wall outlet, A portion of the mobo was getting very hot (finger burn type) though the psu fan was not spinning neither I pressed the power button on the mobo.

Then I checked with a multimeter and found that 2 out of the 5 capacitors near that area had dc voltage.

Note that cap 1 had 2.10v and cap 2 had .30v.

Also note, other 3 capacitors in that row had no voltage at all.

Now I want to know is it possible that those two caps are the culprit and replacing them could make the motherboard workable again? If yes can someone give me a link from where I can buy those capacitors? They are both the same type (LF 560 j 13A).

Thanks in advance.

Without any reference data, mobo electronic diagrams, oscilloscope and electronic skills you will be shooting blanks. Even if you actually find out which part is it, do you have a hot air station to detach old and attach new part? Resistance or transformer soldering irons is a joke for such job.
